M: My room doesn’t have a bath.
W: Err... I’m afraid we don’t have a room with a bath right now.
M: But my firm always books a room with a bath.
W: Let me check. It is Mr. Graham, isn’t it
M: It is, yes.
W: The letter says one single room.
M: Well, I guess it’s our mistake, but are you sure there isn’t any room with a bath
W: Well...
